Digital mindfulness skills can completely change your life - it changed mine.

Hi, I'm Corinne.

I struggled with screen addiction my entire life. When I was a kid, I was hacking through password protections on the computer to play more video games. As an adult I struggled with excessive social media use and obsessive shopping behaviors.

I've spent the last 10 years developing strategies that help me to gain balance in my relationship with technology.

I utilized these skills to teach myself to code and became a lead software engineer for a company that grew to one billion dollars during my tenure.

I became an entrepreneur and built three companies that are all designed to promote my family's flexibility to live how we want.

And my time outside of work massively improved because I now focus on things in life that fulfill me: health, relationships, and learning new things.

My results were so successful that I realized it's my obligation to share these tools: so you can live the best version of your life.

That means designing your life to look how you want to live it. That could mean:

  • Starting your own business
  • Switching careers
  • Spending more quality time with your family
  • Improving your fitness
  • Writing that book you've been meaning to
  • Becoming a full-time van-dweller

Whatever it is: unwanted screen-time habits hold you back from fulfilling your dreams.

Why do we fail to gain control over our screen time?

Many of us try and fail to get our screen-time under control because of two factors:

1. Lack of systems

Too many of us have the misconception that we can rely on motivation to reduce our screen time.

We see what benefits that reducing screen time will have and tell ourselves we're going to stop. Then when we fail: we beat ourselves up about it. This increases our shame and guilt and turns into even more scrolling as a result as we try to cope with those negative feelings.

When we build systems around our daily life, we create a safety net for ourselves when our motivation fails us (which it will).

The Thrive Program walks you through how to build systems around life, your brain, and your community to set yourself up for success to meet your goals.

2. Lack of accountability

We live in a society where it's normal to spend as much time on screens as we do.

Companies are incentivized to keep us locked into social media and we have only just started to recognize that it's making us miserable.

In this program, we acknowledge these are un-healthy behaviors and create a community empowering each other to change hour habits.

The Thrive Program prioritizes accountability and community, building small groups that go through the learning material and exercises together to hold each other accountable.
